The Problem
FinStack's legacy monolith was collapsing under load. Peak-hour response times exceeded 8 seconds, the system suffered weekly outages, and the team could not ship features without breaking production. A complete replatforming was unavoidable.
Our Solution
We redesigned the system as a microservices architecture on Kubernetes, migrated their data pipeline to an event-driven model with Kafka, and rebuilt the frontend in Next.js. The entire migration ran in parallel with zero downtime for end users.
